WELLNESS COACHING

Overweight and obesity, inflammation, digestive problems, lack of energy, stress, anxiety, irritability and depression are some examples of the body signals to communicate an imbalance and, if is not attended opportunely, it turns into chronic degenerative diseases.

With the wellness coaching process (health and integral nutrition) using the 1:1 format or in groups, we help the associates to change their habits and achieve their goals.

Through transformative experiences (talks and workshops) with creative methodologies and an interactive approach to ease the active learning, we provide to the associates information and practical tools to achieve a healthy life.

COMMUNICATION CAMPAING
